GMG offers its customer a LIMITED WARRANTY of three years from the date of retail purchase and applies to all ‘physical goods’ purchased from the company. Please retain the receipt of your grill purchase for future reference (consider storing inside the Assembly & Operating Manual). The Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use during the Warranty Period. Any claims under this warranty must be received by the expiration of the warranty period.
During the warranty period, GMG NEW ZEALAND LTD will repair or replace, at its sole option, products or parts of a Green Mountain Grills product that proves to be defective because of improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. In this scenario, the defective product must be first returned to us, or one of our dealers, or by its original purchaser. We may provide you a new Product at no charge or determine using new/refurbished replacement parts depending on the reason and/or intensity of defect. This warranty does not cover problems that result from abuse, accident, misuse, or problems with electrical power. It does not over cosmetic elements and components, such as paint and other finishes. It does not cover uses not in accordance with the instruction manual. It does not cover commercial or competition use of the product. It specifically excludes products for which Green Mountain Grills has not received payment.
The replaced product or physical good will take on the remaining warranty of the original product or 2 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
On facing any defect in materials or workmanship, the customer must first inform and take assistance from his dealer and refer to greenmountaingrills.co.nz help guide. Once the replacement is confirmed, the parts to be replaced will be delivered to the customer depending upon the availability in New Zealand’s stock. GMG will supply spare parts or parts to be replaced to the customer based on GMG policies.
All Green Mountain Grills are fitted with user friendly parts that can be easily replaced by the customer himself so on receiving the parts to be replaced, the customer can check videos demonstrating replacement of parts on our website and change the parts all by himself with ease. This clause has been included in the warranty as GMG has no technician available for onsite visit.
In special cases, we may decide to replace the Green Mountain Grill/product if it has a defect in materials or workmanship. However, if no defect is found in the returned grill/product then the grill/product will be safely delivered to the customer. In this case, the customer is liable to pay $100 inspection fee and also arrange pickup or shipping within 14 days.
This Limited Warranty does not include the problems resulting from any form of mishandling, accident, complications with electrical power, circumstances, malfunctions or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover uses not in accordance with the instruction manual. It does not cover or include or support any kind of commercial use. It specifically excludes products for which Green Mountain Grills has not received payment.
Green Mountain Grill’s obligation for defects in materials or workmanship shall be limited to replacement as mentioned in this warranty. All express and implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties and warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
We do not accept responsibility for incidental or consequential damages, or for any third-party claims for damages against the retail purchaser of this product.
In order to exercise your rights established by this warranty and procure the warranty service, you must first contact the dealer from whom you purchased the GMG Grill or product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the problem and finding the most appropriate solution for you.
